Platebook (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile application that offers emoji-based and respectful interaction through license plates. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

• Nickname: Used to identify your account and visible to other users in license plate searches.
• Password: Stored only in encrypted (hashed) form on the server; it is not stored in plain text and is not shown to anyone.
• License plate: If provided during registration or added later, it is used for search and notifications and is visible in license plate searches.
• Instagram address: Entered during account creation; when your license plate is searched, it is shown to other users together with your nickname and license plate.
• Interaction data: The type of emoji you send or receive and the timestamp.
• Purchase records: In-app purchases are processed through Apple; a transaction ID may be stored on the server for verification purposes.
• Report and block records: Used for safety and moderation purposes.

• Real name, address, or identity document
